2025 Delivery Overview

Our 2025 Home Delivery Service will once again be offered for 28 weeks: 7 months, 4 weeks per month. Deliveries begin the week of May 5th and end the week of November 10th. A more detailed outline of the timeline is included at the end of this overview.

Each week throughout this time period, farm fresh items can be delivered from our fields to your front door. Delivery options include:

• Subscriptions (annual, aka full season or monthly)

• Bulk produce

• Black Angus Beef

• Baked Goods

• Preserves: jams, jellies, pickles, & sauces

• Farm Merch

Just like 2024, we will have 3 subscriptions to choose from that can be delivered to you:

• Market Box Subscription

• Beef Subscription

• Flower Subscription

More details for each are outlined below, as well as an overview of how to order individual items for delivery, outside of a subscription.

We will continue to utilize our upgraded delivery notification system this season, which has been working very well for us since 2022, thanks to its smooth and detailed customer service experience.

For both Market Boxes and our Beef Subscription, there will be 2 registration options: upfront in-full payment, or a monthly subscription. Either way, there will be 3 size options.

Our Flower Subscription is offered for a shorter time frame (12 weeks), and is only available for the full season.

Annual Market Box Subscription

If you know you want a box full of farm fresh produce every week for the full delivery season, and you know what size works for your household, this is your best bet!

Small: valued at $113.55/month, $794.90/season ($28.40/week)

Regular: valued at $227.10/month, $1589.80/season ($56.80/week)

In addition to the discount, all Annual Subscribers will receive a copy of our 2025 Community Cookbook. This resource will be emailed to you by early April!

Monthly Market Box Subscription

For 2025, the Monthly Market Box will again be a true subscription. When you sign up for the first month of delivery of the season, your credit card will be charged. After that, your subscription will automatically renew every 4 weeks for 7 months, with an automatic payment being processed every 4 weeks. Please note that this automatic renewal date is based on your initial subscription date (i.e. If you register for May on April 25th your renewal for the month of June will be processed on May 23rd).

However, if you wish to discontinue your subscription for a month, you can send us an email following your automatic renewal, and we can manually issue a refund for the month. That way your overall subscription will remain intact and will continue to renew for future months without interruption.

Alternatively, you can head to the subscription tab, and click “cancel subscription.” Want to join in again? Head back to our 2025 Online Shop and purchase the subscription again. You will then be charged every 4 weeks for the remainder of the Market Box season.

Market Box Contents

Whether you go the full season or monthly subscription route, you will receive one Market Box per week full of our farm fresh produce. An overview of what you can expect to see each month can be found over on our FAQ page.

To help with your grocery & meal planning, a detailed description of Market Box contents will be emailed out each week, along with menu inspiration and a seasonal recipe developed by on-farm Registered Dietitian Alex Chesney. This will be sent by Sunday afternoon.

Delivery Area

We offer deliveries all the way from London and area to East Toronto. A general map is outlined below:

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made between Tuesday and Friday, starting between 6 and 7am and finishing by early to mid-afternoon.

The delivery schedule is created each month to account for changes in subscribers. We will do our best to keep the schedule consistent, but there may be some changes. The final schedule will be announced in early May, but for now here is a *very general* overview, based on the previous season’s schedule:

Tuesday: Oxford County, Brant County, London & area, Stratford & area

Wednesday: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Brampton

Thursday: Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, East York, Scarborough

Friday: Etobicoke, North York, Midtown Toronto, Downtown Toronto

We have invested in updated delivery notification software and used it throughout the 2022 and 2023 seasons. It was very well received, and we are excited to continue to utilize it throughout 2024. You will receive a delivery notification via text and/or email the night before your delivery heads out as well as the morning of once our drivers hit the road. A live tracking link will also be provided, as well as a countdown of stops before you. Although this system is very accurate overall, we do occasionally still run into delays or changes based on traffic and road closures. We do our very best to keep you updated if this happens!

Delivery Instructions

If you are ordering an item for delivery, please outline your delivery instructions. Please be as specific as possible! If you are already a subscriber and are purchasing an add-on, write 'same as Subscription'. Your add-on order will be paired with your weekly delivery.

For Market Box, Beef, and Flower subscription customers, your delivery instructions will export alongside your renewal each month, so be sure to include all necessary details. If you need to make any major changes, you will have to contact us. It may be necessary to cancel your subscription & re-subscribe to ensure the instructions are up to date.

2025 Timeline

The 2025 Delivery Schedule will span 28 weeks: 7 months, 4 weeks per month.

*Please note that in order to offer automatic renewal for monthly subscriptions, months must be squared off into an even 4 weeks each. This means that our months and weeks do not always perfectly align with those on the calendar, as some months have 5 weeks.

Orders of individual bulk produce, preserve, baked good, merch, and beef items will also be available throughout this timeline.

If you need to cancel your subscription, please try to do so prior to your automatic renewal date. This date will be slightly different for everyone, depending on when you first subscribed.

Cancellation can be done manually up to the monthly deadline, but a refund will have to be issued if your renewal has already been made.
