A one-time, up-front payment, securing you a full season of monthly boxes of Beef delivered to your door!

Each month (7 months in total) a selection of Beef will be delivered to your door: ground beef, burgers, and steaks direct from our herd of Black Angus beef cows. Our herd is grass-fed and corn-finished, creating deliciously local cuts of meat.

A monthly email will also be sent out, containing an outline of the contents of the week’s box, meal suggestions, and a seasonal recipe developed by on-farm Registered Dietitian Alex Chesney.

Small Beef Subscription will contain:

• 2 x 1 lb. packages lean ground beef

• 1 x 1.5 lb package burgers (4 x 6oz patties)

• ~3 - 4 steaks

• Total ~8 lbs beef / month and feeds ~1 - 2 people

Regular Beef Subscription will contain:

• 4 x 1 lb. packages lean ground beef

• 2 x 1.5 lb package burgers (4 x 6oz patties)

• ~6 - 8 steaks

• Total ~16 lbs beef / month and feeds ~3 - 4 people

Large Beef Subscription will contain:

• 5 x 1 lb. packages lean ground beef

• 3 x 1.5 lb package burgers (4 x 6oz patties)

• ~8 - 10 steaks

• Total ~21 lbs beef / month and feeds ~5 - 6 people

Steak selection will include (but is not limited to) a mix of blade, ribeye, rib, sirloin, sirloin tip, striploin, T-bone, and tenderloin.

Steak selection will rotate from month to month depending on season & availability. Small roasts and bones may also be included occasionally.
